Isabella Garcia doesn't care about its clients!!

I have been an ambassador of Isabella Garcia for over a year now. I love the products; however my recent experience with the company has left me considering ending ties with them! I knew that my debit order from last year was ending early sometime this year but I wasn't sure exactly when and getting caught up in the busyness of life i didn't check. Isabella Garcia renewed the debit order for a further 8 months starting this month and this annoyed me. Although the terms state when the next debit order will start I still think that it is ethically wrong for Isabella Garcia to renew a debit order( for another 8 months at over R300 a month) without checking with the clients via email or phone. It shows that the firm only cares about making money as they trick their customers. When i emailed to ask the company to stop the debit order after the following 8 months I never got a response. I then phoned the call centre and asked for written verification that it had been cancelled in the future, however I never received an email. The company has terrible customer service yet they say that they( as quoted) \deliver the best service you will find anywhere\". You better up your game!!"
