Sorry for the late reply to this email. I admit I have been putting it off deliberately trying to find the courage to write this without tears.

Your parcel arrived, and as usual I have it delivered to my work.. I always love to receive parcels.. But kept myself calm to only open this at home…

In January of this year another chapter of my life started… Where I was forced to move on from a 6 year abusive relationship with a man.

So every month has seen me having to cut back on more and more whilst living in a tiny little granny flat with my 3 kitties, as there is now only me and my salary.. As usual I get very excited to open the parcel you send me, and as I sat down that evening after work, I opened it up, to find that indeed you lovely souls had sent me samples of the GOLDEN HOUR Collection…. AS well as a whole bottle of the Golden Crown Hair Oil…Plus my lovely hand & Cuticle creams..

The smile on my face was something else… Don’t think anyone could have taken that away from me…

That very weekend, I decided it was time to treat myself…And gave myself a pedicure in my little footspa too old to remember, the first time in im not sure how many months….I gave my face a facial with the face scrub and put my lovely mask on……Then the fun started with all the new products..

I always enjoy the eye cream so much as it really works wonders on my dark circles…But as I was opening the tissue oil sample up, I sat looking at myself in the mirror, thinking when last did I actually take time to do this for myself… How the image reflecting back seems nothing like the person I once was… How the past 6 years has aged me that I don’t recognize the person at all… I started looking at this women, so full of scars and how 6 years has sucked every bit of happiness and joy out of her… The tears started to run steadily down the face…..While I sat with each new product putting it on, trying bravely to smile and think myself pretty again… But someone had taken the time to add what they might think is something so small to that parcel, which ended up meaning so much more for one very tired lady…

Over the next week I sat sparingly applying the tissue oil to my neck, as I had a lump removed from it last year and was left with an awful scar…. Because I was reminded by a man, often as to how ugly it looked continuously, I started to become very conscious of it….. This Gold hour Tissue oil, let me tell you, is something else… within a week I could already notice a massive difference to that scar, thus making a difference to the scar on the inside of me….It has really soothed it and the healing has definetly began.

The Crown Hair oil for me is something amazing… I want to hug it the whole night and day .. I don’t think I have ever smelt anything that wonderful.. religiously every night I pop a small drop in my hair, and for someone that suffers from very dried out hair, this is doing miracles.. Every morning when I shampoo I then pop a drop in before drying…. And then I climb into the hand lotion and that is the cherry ontop…And smelling so good and sitting with sucha massive grin on my face, I curl up into my bed each night and sleep….. Actually sleep… Something I havnt done in a long time..

So I wanted to say a very big thank you for that tiny gift that you put in , not realizing the massive impact it would make in my life… That was a blessing indeed.
