Im very disappointed in Isabella Garcia.
2 months ago I have cancelled my new order from them as I canot afford it anymore. Still they have taken two debit orders from me, then I called them to collect the package from me as I told them I cant afford it they still delivered it. So then they came to collect the package and they still haven’t paid my money back to me, but they have collected the package!! I have emailed them but no response!!

As discussed, I have investigated the matter regarding the return of the products and confirm that it was the couriers themselves that were contacted by your Manager and therefore the package is with them. I have taken the necessary steps for the package to be returned to Isabella Garcia.
