Incorrect order and skin damage!!!

I ordered the mystery box package, for R332 a month, when I discussed with the lady who took my order I explained I had a combination skin and part of it was very dry. I explained I wanted the milky cleanser to be part of the products, to my surprise the order had 3 face wash bottles exactly the same and products that focused on anti-agin which I really don’t want to use and definitely do not use. No cleansing milk or toner. I wrote emails but no response, to make matters worse my skin is getting worse. After ever wash it is burning, I have dry patches and a rash.

This is so disappointing at this point I just want them to get their products and send my money back as I was advised that if I encountered such problems there was a 60day money back guarantee.
