Incorrect items in order

I had received a call from a consultant from Isabella Garcia that sold me one of their promotions.Sounded excellent so I accepted the offer.Their products are excellent and feels wonderful on my skin. But what I had received was totally the opposite and the reason was through lockdown those itens could not be couried to me.So the company decided on what they should send me which was not even my skin type ...I was furious when I called the company as my purchase was R3800.00.Bhavini Chhiva was the person that assisted me to cancel this order.She was unbelievably polite and professional.She is an asset to her company as Isabella Garcia has not lost a client through poor sales division.She has saved a client....Excellent job Bhavini
