INCOMPETENCE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

I have been a client of Isabella Garcia for many years and have always received exceptional service from their. However off late their administration has become quite shoddy and very disappointing

I changed my debit order details with them over a year ago and suddenly for some reason they started using the old banking account which resulted in me incurring charges due to insufficient funds. When I called them to ask who will be responsible for the penalties the response was unfortunately we cannot refund you. Their incompetence has resulted in me having to fork out money I don't have. Now they want to debit my account with an absorbent amount again not asking if I am comfortable with the amount they want to deduct
