Unauthorized Debit order in my account and no one to give me answers why? Since December they started debiting my account R367 and January they debited again, I called the 1st time and was told the account is not in my name. So someone is recieving the package with my details and Charlize Collins said she is investigating and its been 2weeks with no response. I want wmy money as I have sent all the proof.
