I ordered my isabella garcia products and yesterday I received an sms notification from them notifying me that Michael khoza was appointed to deliver my parcel and today I called the courier company and I spoke to nonhlanhla who advised me that she spoke to the driver and he was on his way to my house and that was around 16:00 and the delivery guy called me around 19:30 and he was at my house and when my husband went outside he saw him car and the guy made a u-turn and he tried to stop him and he refused and when my husband called him he said he won't come back. What kind of service is this so unprofessional. I want my parcel or I will reserve my debit. Please sort this out with the courier company urgently
