I was assisted by Bhavini Chhiba with a cancellation of a policy I have, I must say that Bhavini’s customer service definitely accommodated me and made me feel like even though I’m cancelling I felt like I was still a client, my cancellation did not change her manner of approach or how she treated me. This is very rare in Customer Services or Retentions and even though I’m cancelling I will definitely be reinstating my policy - all because of Bhavini.
