I want to speak to Charlotte**

Good day Team,

I would like to give compliments to a lady by the name of Charlotte whom I spoke to yesterday 25th October 2018 around 08:59am.

She really handled my call very well as I was calling with regards to a purchase I made and received two of the same lip glosses when I had ordered different colors, she told me the delivery will take place sometime next week for the correct purchase, she was very kind and I could tell she had a smile on her face.

Just after my call with her, she called me back a few minutes realizing that I have a stopped debit order with isabella for my facial products as I could not afford the monthly payment of R780, she advised I needed to pay over a thousand rand within the next month which I still thought it is too much, however she was kind enough to divide the total amount I owed to Isabella by 4 and have the installment less to R589 a month which I agreed.

This was great news as I have not been given this option before by anyone who called me and cared whether I could afford the installment as it was no longer occurring on my account.

For this I will ensure that my debit order goes through for the next 4 months till my payment is complete as I would like to keep my relationship with Isabella?
