I want my money back

They phoned and gave me a pretty good deal the lady on the phone was nice and l ask 3 times ,that could l change my mind and get my money back and they repeatedly said yes so l subscribed and after my first deduction, l had to leave so when it came time to deliver my package l wouldn't be there ,so l asked to cancel and refund me Nothing was said to me about to store credit ,yet now I'm being told l will get a refund in the form of store credit ,l don't want store credit, l just want my money back ,the sore reason l cancelled is because l didn't want your products anymore so what would store credit be of use to me ,you say its your only form of reimbur*****t yet it's not in your terms and conditions ,its not mentioned by your agents when l asked about a refund ,if you can deduct money from ones account, why cant you simply put it back. I just want my money back it's that simple ,by you giving me store credit,you're basically forcing me to use your products ,what this whole money back guarantee if you say the only form of reimbur*****t is store credit ,you guys **** to me and l just want my money back
