I have been using these products and started breaking out I called the call center the Lady said she will send me another product to test I used it but no change my face kept on breaking out big painful ****les which I never got I called the call center again they said I can't sent the products back it's been over 2 months I don't remember the lady telling after 2 months I can't cancel now I'm sitting with products that I can't use but have to pay
