I have been a client for many years now. I always send my requests via e-mail asking not to phone just respond to my e-mail. They always phone and I can't answer due to being a reception lady . But then I found Limiya what a star she did not phone and reponded to me on my e-mail as requested, and problem was sorted in 36 hours. Thank you so much!! Love my products
