i had received more face wash than Toner

i had received more face wash than Toner. but because i had unpack everything in two, i though the face wash bottle is a Toner. a month later when i wanna use another Toner after the first one finish, i realise that they actually pack 1 tonner and 3 face wash. and it is there writting on my invoice. but guess i got too excited upon receiving my package that i didnt even check properly. a week later i called and i was assisted by the other late but i forgot her name. she offered to send driver to pick up the face wash and toner will be delivered this week on Monday. indeed that happened. another company would've asked why didnt i return the box when i recieved it. I love everything about the company. from service to products.
