I fell in love all over again

I had an issue with one of my hampers which I pay for monthly. The issue was dealt with by Janelle with so much patience and guidance that it reminded me again of why I chose Isabella-Garcia 4 years ago! I was not previously informed about how to change products in my hampers and Janelle guided me with grace and helped me to ensure I receive only the products I want to use and avoid unnecessary costs.
