I am so very impressed with the customer care at Isabella Garcia!

Admittedly I am not a regular IG customer but I adore their fragrances. As a single mother I can't always afford it, so when I received an email about their half price perfume promotion I immediately ordered 2. Only when it arrived today and I opened the package and tried the fragrance did I realise I had ordered the wrong one! I was so upset with myself and got onto the phone immediately, hoping that I could swap at least the sealed bottle. I dialed the number and prepared myself for the wait, but my call was answered within seconds of selecting the option and from the moment she answered, Charlotte was professional and poised and just a breath of fresh air, thank you dear you really made my day ? The best part was when she said that they would be happy to swap BOTH bottles yaayy! Every experience I've had with IG over the years has been nothing short of impressive.
