Horrible service,

I have experience such a terrible service from the Isabella Garcia recently, I asked for a cancelation and and reversal of funds back into my account, and what I get is phone calls and I keep repeating the same thing to them and their courier company but No1, listens to me, and yet they send sms that the received my request for the cancelation, but today got an sms that my staff will be delivered, what delivery coz I canceled, why aren't they listening to me when I say I don't want anything, can someone help and let them know that I don't want what ever they offering me as an apology and I don't want their products anymore, can they just cancel everything, I have been asking them from last week already, and now its like they want to force me to take the products, the only thing I want is for them to cancel the debit order
