Highly disappointing service

I have been trying to get the products and ensuring that all the information and processes are correct. After talking to 2 consultants and exchanging emails with 2 more I am still kept in the dark as to if all my information is correct and what the status of my products are.

It's really bad service not being able to clarify these things. I have never expected Isabella Garcia to have such bad service. Very Disappointed.

*Update - After calling consultant #3 to find out what’s going on, she let’s me know that after almost 2 weeks my information is still NOT on the system and that my order has STILL not been processed. As I talk to her I read her my emails that I have sent to 2 other consultants and she notifies me that they have not received it, which is utter ******** as the emails I have sent them is in my sent folder!!!! Dis is total disappointment. She told me that a consultant would call me and confirm my information. Wasn’t that supposed to happen as soon as I sent through my information??? How do you ever call yourself a company that cares for their clients when the service is this bad?
