Helpful Charlotte

I was convinced into getting a hamper of cosmetics but afterwards decided that in fact this wasn't something I wanted. I had been told I could cancel if I wasn't happy after 2 months. I decided to cancel before the whole process started. I was helped by Charlotte Ndlovu ,Client Care Coordinator, who organised for my upcoming debit order to be cancelled.I had been concerned as I had seen other reviews that said they had had trouble with the same issue.
