HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I have been using isabelle garcia products for +- 2 months now. I contacted them and signed up for a full package containing facial products. In the first few weeks i noticed change in texture on my skin. I didn't think much of it as i thought my skin was still trying to get used to the new product as i had been using Himelaya(Sp) products from Clicks for 2 years now. As time went on i noticed that not only is my face getting dry but i am developing a rash all over my face. I started getting comments from family and friends, but still i stuck it through waiting for the product to do its thing. The products I am using from Isabelle are for "all skin types" but seemingly they not working well with mine. I would like for someone to please make contact with me *** so we can arrange collection of all items. I thought i had made the best decision for my face only for it to be the WORST! My face itches, its rashy, dry and flakey. Please guys! Help!
