Hello, I contacted Isabella Garcia today sothat I could use my 2x vouchers that platinum life sent me...I was greeted very friendly by Megan Mathews who was very accommodating and she could also communicate with me in my home language...which is in Afrikaans...during our conversation I asked if she could call me back as I was running out of airtime. She very kindly called me back and we continued with my request as to helping me to choose and explained in detail what and how the products work. In a jiffy my order was placed and she explained in detail what amount I needed to pay in and immediately sent me the sms concerning the order.
