Happy Resolution
Although I really love the product, I was very unhappy with a matter regarding my account, that took some time to resolve. In the end I give Anelisa Ngewu 5 stars for her patience, finding a satisfactory resolution and assisting me beautifully in Afrikaans, even while it’s her 3rd language.
