I have recently been on contact with Isabella Garcia, they offered me an ambassador hamper for my face, received the product,used it,it was not suitable for me. They called me to find out how the products have been treating me, told them my issue, they offered to swap the products with something else, sent a courier to come pick up the previous products and deliver the new ones at no additional cost!!!. I love their service and their consultants are friendly and patient, they really care about their customers
