My name is Nana from Pretoria, I had a situation where I I needed a clarity regarding the package that I received five months ago. I thought a certain product from my package was mistakenly misplaced, only to find that it was removed from that particular as I needed my installment yo be reduced.
What really stood out for me is that the lady by the name Jadene was patiently and friendly with a very polite tone explaining to me regardless of how old was my oder? Her professional and friendly service left me with a smile on my face,compared to how upset i was before making the call.
