Hi, I would like to compliment Lisa Ngewu for the professional manner in which she handled my query. She is very compassionate and understanding. I am very very impressed with Isabella. In all the years that I have been with them I only had outstanding service. The thing that stand out the most is that you are not just a number. They always made me feel so important and special.
