Great Service and Extra mile
I had a query with regards to my standing order with IG. I send an email via the website and and within a day I received feeback a response from Chantal Swart with my Account number as my reference. That was a shock as I didnt even know my account number myself. Chantal assisted me in getting the correct products for my skin type ordered. She even ensured that the incorrect products will be collected. All within one day. Thats what I call great service. Chantal is definitely an ASSET for Isabella Garcia..
