GREAT PRODUCTS, EXCELLENT CLIENT EXPERIENCE

I've always received good service from IG, whether I is dealing with sales staff, couriers or client service.

I love their products, but we all know that it is ultimately the people we deal with that makes us want to stay.

So, I think this incident is worth mentioning.

Due to lockdown my finances are taking strain, and I needed assistance. While speaking to Moloko, I became really defensive and rude. I mean, I lost it!

She remained calm and professional, and even phoned me back as promised. [I mean really, I wouldn't have phoned me back :)]

She's impressive. Because of her, I am #MoreLoyalThanEver to IG. ♡
