Great Product, Useless Service
I have such mixed emotions with this company. I really enjoy the products, which my daughters and I use, however, the customer service is nowhere to be found.
I placed an order on the Black Friday special (28 Nov '25) and have still not received it. The debit order went off of my account mid Dec and since then nothing. I have sent emails and spent ages trying to call and get ZERO response, except for once when I think someone accidentally answered the phone. Then I was told they have no record of my payment and will get back to me. *Crickets*
The previous order took 2 months to be delivered, because they were changing systems halfway through.
I cannot believe that a company in this day and age, does not offer a payment gateway for all their purchases and it takes 2 weeks to transfer data from one system to another, which you don't do on a live system, btw.
Please just send me the products I have already paid for while I figure out what other range to try.
