She is very patient,kind ,professional,she listens to the customer's request,mind you this experience is over emails,how much more speaking to such a warm being judged by the tone of her emails. Please hear out my lovely experience with her ''their last month's special was expiring on the day I wanted to order it and was having issues to view the same special and I failed .I immediately sent an email to them and less than 24hrs I received an email from Risha Loots who offered me a kind warm assistance and solve my problem immediately. I further request to change the payment duration period to 2months than 3months they were offering and without any issues she adjusted to exactly that witch shows a great deal in understanding customer's tailored made experience and service offering. She is a listening consultant which we lack too much in our customer care environment.
