Great customer service received from Lebo!

My experience with Isabella Garcia's has never been anything short of amazing. However my most recent one, would probably be one of the best calls I've received in a while. I spoke to a lady called Lebogang who was so pleasant, patient and understanding. At some stage, i felt like I was speaking to a sister who comprehended my struggles and worked with me to find a feasible solution. Lebo only if you knew how sad i was before i took your call and when i hung up, i could not stop talking about this awesome conversation i had with you. Your objective of course was to close the sale but you caring and showing so much compassion made me re-assess and reconsider canceling my subscription. I felt important and listened to. Thank you Ausi for superb customer service and I hope your company appreciates and values you because i trully believe you are a real gem! Keep up the great work.
