Great Customer Service Personnel
I had a rather unpleasant experience with Isabella Garcia and was honestly ready to stop being a customer of theirs. I fortunately received assistance from Lebogang who was very calm, empathetic and intent on us reaching common ground. The excellence and care with which she served me, reminded me of why I had chosen to be part of the IG family to begin with, over and above their great products.
