Great Customer Service

<p>Last week I was contacted by a sales agent. I really was interested in the product she was offering and agreed to buy the product. It was so quick and easy. However, after updating my books this weekend (last week of the month) I realised that I'll miss my savings goal if I purchase the product. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I contacted IG customer service, and requested a cencellation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was very impressed. Suann contacted me within 24 hours to confirm that the shipment had been cancelled, and the payment was also being cancelled. They really respected my decision, and sorted out MY mistake ASAP. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you IG!! When I am in a better financial position, I will happily become an ambassador!</p>
