I'm just grateful to Anna. I spoke to her twice, first on the 10th if February 2021 when I was not sure what I wanted. She didn't even sound irritated then on the 12th when she called me back and patiently explained how, what and when to use the products. She really helped me not to waste my money buying products that will not go with my face. We need more people like her. Thank you Anna you're an Angel
