I have been a customer for over two years, I find that their customer service is so good, they do follow ups. I mean their products are specific to you skin type and this for me is the best because I had bad skin but now wow My most recent thing was that I made an order but then realized I couldn't pay for it so I asked them to cancel the order, they called to ask and advised me on reducing the payment to what I can afford I'M VERY HAPPY
