Frustrated at poor communication

I have recently signed up as a "VIP AMBASSADOR". I have used products in the past, liked them and never had any problems ordering online. However, since being a VIP, I am now battling to place a simple order. I started asking on the 1st October as I realized in order to get my discount I cannot order as before online. I had a response a day later, with an offer to place my order. Since then I have had difficulty getting replies to emails, and have to wait 3 to 5 days for replies. They never simply answer and move on with placing the order, but rather ask more repetitive questions which cause further delay. My last email on the 13th October has still to date not even been acknowledged, I had given them the go ahead already the week before to send my products, but again I was asked to confirm the delivery. I have only been dealing with one person, I have asked in emails what I can do to get faster service, and this is ignored. I am at my wits end, I have had no product for 2 weeks now, and my skin care has totally gone out the window.
