Friendly and professional
I've enjoyed using Isabella Garcia products for years and I love them. When my financial situation changed with the addition of a baby, I had to reduce my monthly premiums. Trudy was very understanding and supportive. She explained the new terms and made recommendations that would both reduce my monthly spend AND maintain the benefits I've gotten used to!
