Friendly and helpful consultant

I cancelled my order with Isabella and Corlene assisted me. She was very helpful and understanding in the matter without pestering me continuously to try and keep me as a client. She asked what the issue was, gave an alternative and then excepted the outcome I chose. I like that because some other consultants just won't take no for an answer and you then have to get rude and break any chance of ever using them again. So thank you very much Corlene for assisting me and helping me with my cancelation.!
