FINALLY HAPPY!!!
Good day
I wrote a review on the 21st of May 2019 with a subject "*****!!!" to Isabella Garcia. After my review a nice lady by the name of Faranaaz (supervisor) called and apologize for the delay and the run around of where my package was. She had promised that I will receive my package by the 24th of May 2019 and I am happy to say that I have received my package a day earlier (23/05/2019) with everything inside. Props to you Faranaaz to handling this well, your colleagues requires some training from you on how to handle situations.
