Fast and excellent excellent

I had to cancel a product and normally you wait forever for someone to get back to you once you've cancelled something, but not in this instance.<br> Nerina Gurie from Isabella Garcia was very quick to get back to me with feedback regarding all my queries and didn't try to persuade me otherwise like some other sales people do usually. She understood my dilemma and wasn't pushy or funny towards me at all.<br> Thank you very much fro your friendly assistance.
