False advertising

A sales consultant called and said they have a great deal for me it will only cost R20 a month this was said 3 times and i asked another last time to ensure the amount and he said for the 4th time only R20 will be taken once a month

I have not recieved any product and the amount of R360 has been taken from my account i did a reverse transaction this consultant is advertising false amounts

I tried contacting the company and the phone goes to voicemail each time

I also have a policy with platinum life they are part of isabella garcia i tried contacting them and same thing phone goes to voice recorder no one ever answer

I will cancel my policy also coz these companies are doing false advertising
