Fabulous service

I have been going through a tough financial crisis and was very frustrated as the funds that went off was for my kids school function. The consultant that helped me went the extra mile by getting approval from her manager to refund me and aided in reduing my installments and only starting it from the next month to help me out. Really amazing to see how this individual put herself in my shoes as a mom and helped me even though it is outside of their process. I feel like i was heard and valued as a customer and really applaud the company for grooming such awesome staff.
