Extremely Poor Customer Service⁷

I renewed with them a facial hamper where you get a perfume as a free gift and i specified which perfume i needed and they assured me that the sent the correct gift and i am stuck with their aromatic perfume. Secondly i told them to change the debit date and they failed to do so Thirdly they claimed that i took another hamper with a short space of a week after i received my facial hamper which is not true and i remember telling the lady about the sample of the serum that i have received and i have not tried them due to receiving a wrong gift and i told the lady to change my deduction date and guess what they deducted twice same month with the hamper that i never received and i have asked them to send their recording till today theres nothing. They said they will refund me the amount and cancel the last hamper as it was mis communication between two parties. But when i followed up they allocated the money to my active hamper which is not refund because the debit date is on the 26th of each month . They are ****** and african ladies who are working there are rude one of them is Mpho.
