I would like to give a heads up to Charlotte Ndlovu for the quick response her service was exceptional, especially if you are a new client trying to join a new product COMPANY , its hard to move from your comfortable space to try something new.

I have ordered products from the Isabella Garcia Team and found out what I ordered was wrong, the fancy packaging confused me. I didn't know were to start and if the team will listen to me and assist me? guess what I just sent an email explaining my problem was even willing to pay extra for what I needed to try as long as I could return the order. with no hassles Charlotte Ndlovu explained the process and I already calmed down and she listened .
