EXPECTING ME TO PAY FOR PRODUCTS THAT I AM NOT USING

Soooooooooooooo I ordered Isabella Garcia's products. and clearly mentioned that my skin is very sensitive and that i suffer from acne. After two weeks of using the products i went over 10 shades darker adn had to immediately stop using the products as my skin was not responding well to the products. The products are still there and I didn't even use some of the products. 2 of the day creams are still sealed. and the other products i used only 20 % of. Why am I paying for something that I am not using. now they are threatening to DOUBLE DEBIT my account because I didn't pay. Please make arrangements to collect your products that are not even half used. In fact I should be refunded for my 2 installments and delivery fee as the products did NOTHING for my skin. I don't even know how i am going to get my complexion back. My skin is far worse than what it looked like before using these products. so i must R600 JUST TO GIVE AWAY THE PRODUCTS? I AM NOT USING THE PRODUCTS. I am not impressed with the products and would never recommend them to anyone, especially people with acne. I sent numerous emails explaining how the products burned my skin and that i am not using the products. and yet they still expect payment for products that are not being used
