Expected better from such a big company
I cancelled my subscription in November 2024 and requested a consolidated statement and the total outstanding amount to be paid off immediately. For such a big company, they are not able to provide it.
The requested outstanding amount in November '24 was quoted in individual statements. The sum of outstanding amounts was paid in full Apr and when the enquiry was made to get confirmation, another outstanding statement was given. Receiving one consolidated statement would have eliminated this confusion.
