Exchanged Hand Bag

I had ordered a bag from their website on Friday , 23 November 2018. They delivered the bag but the color was incorrect so i contacted them and informed them immediately. They suggested that i return the bag and they are going to send a courier to fetch it and that they are going to give me a gift to compensate me. i am very pleased with their customer care services as they are always calling and checking up on me if the courier service has come to fetch the hand bag yet.
