Exceptional Customer Care received from Janelle
Janellw was excellent. She explained everything i was supposed to have been told in the first place. The other consultant, sadly unprofessional and uninterested. Janelle went above and beyond, actioned everything that needed to be sorted out within one phone call. She was patient, empathetic and exceptional in the manner which she assisted me especially since i was highly irate. Keep up the good work Janelle individuals like you are what keeps a company functioning over its capacity!
