Charlotte Ndlovu, Isabella Garcia Customer Consultant - is one of the BEST and I have had only the BEST treatment and experience with her assisting me with various questions and resolving all my issues on hand with the most polite emails and friendly customer service. She never got tired of me, even though I bothered her for almost a week, every day :-) THANK YOU CHARLOTTE FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN A VERY LONG TIME. YOU ROCK!
