I would like thank Precious for sorting oimmmut my complaint, she was patient and didn't interrupt once or tried to make excuses. Within the 2nd day of the complaint when I got through to her she promised me that she would get back to me the same day shamefully I rep**** very sarcastically and said that I have heard that the day before. As promised she called me and resolved the entire issue ans ensured that my order was, she went the extra mile today to call and confirm if I has received it. Very well done and thank you Precious, because of you I will remain a client.
