Excellent Service

I was having financial issues with the COVID so I decided to cancel my subscription with the VIP club. Initially I down graded but was still trying to save every cent and cutting down on expenses so decided to cancel. I then received a call from a very concerned Trudy who advised me what they could do for me including giving me a payment break and then resuming it at a lower priced plan. She was genuine in her concern and empathetic, which most companies and people are not. Trudy I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for still having the "human factor" in you and reaching out to me and treating me like just another number.
